Champagne Thursdayish

Ok, it was actually Champagne Wednesday night, but that's no reason not to have Champagne Thursday too.
As you can see, I had a rough day yesterday. Evidence of my drastically lowered standards include:
1) Drinking bad Cava alone
2) eating leftover savory bread pudding straight from the tupperware (ooooh, but so delicious!)
3) not being able to wait 12 hours until Champagne Thursday

Desperate times call for desperate measures. And whatever champagne is available.
