I was having a fairly crap weekend, so I felt like hibernating and cooking things that would make me feel good.
I wandered around the food coop and bought grains I have never heard of from bulk bins. I made white bean minestrone from scratch, but I couldn't get excited about it. I made brussel sprouts with bacon and they just made me feel like a brussel sprout.
Finally I ran for a long, long time. I came home and stood in my kitchen and drank a box of chocolate milk, and I felt a bit better.
