I would be honored to top a costini with a root vegetable as fine as yourself. I think you'll find that I am a sensitive, mature cheese, and an excellent listener. I'm not really into the bar scene, I would rather stay home with some pinot noir and listen to Tavis Smiley. I must warn you, though, I am just getting over a long-term beet salad relationship that ended badly, and I'm still feeling vulnerable.
